Fish and Chips

Better Batter

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Cod or haddock

Directions:

  1. Whisk together the flour, milk, water, baking powder, and salt in a bowl until smooth
  2. Dredge the fish in the batter and place in fryer …..done when turns golden.
  3. Do your fries in your deep fryer before cooking the fish….and you will have a really good fish & chips.
