Tartar Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons small-diced gherkins or pickle relish
1 tablespoon Champagne or white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon capers
1 teaspoon coarse-grained mustard
Pinch kosher salt
Pinch freshly ground black pepper
Directions

Put ingredients in food processor and pulse a few times until desired consistency is achieved

Ketchup
Sweet pickle relish
Tabasco Sauce
Capers
Vinegar or fresh lemon juice
Directions

Combine above ingredients in the proportion that suits your tastes
