Roasted Asparagus

Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients:

1 Bunch of asparagus
Good olive oil
Kosher salt
Pepper
Grated parmesan (optional)
Directions:

1. Trim, rinse, and dry asparagus

2. Put in a shallow bowl and toss with olive oil until well coated

3. Place on sheet pan and sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper

4. Sprinkle with grated parmesan

5. Roast in 425 degree oven until done (about 12 to 15 minutes)
