Green Salsa

Ingredients

5 to 6 Tomatillos
1 jalepeno or 2 serrano chiles (stemmed)
1 handful of cilantro
1/4 cup of water
Salt
Directions

Chop onion and run under cold water
Chop remaining vegetables and toss all in blender
Add water and blend to a coarse puree
Turn into bowl and season with salt
